If you are having me working in your team you are accepting work with the terms and conditions here explained.

As a shooter associate (second shooter o first shooter coverage):

Patricia Garrigos is compromised to save the date as soon as the confirmation will be done guaranteeing not to cancel for any personal shooting. 
For a fear bookings of all bussiness the maximum time in advance for jobs under 5h will be 4 months and for over 6h will be 6 months.
In case  I can not attend for any extreme reason or sickness, other photographer with similar style and experience will be recommended and put in contact. 

Any wishes or specifications required for the shooting following the line of the company will be set up before and written in an email with all the information needed to complete the job.

The RAW pictures will be given to the company hired in a time agreed and set up for both sides and if any personal issue or holidays can bother this, it will mention and agree to any alternative before the day of the shooting will come.

The company will be respectful to the photographer and all parties being photographed. Photographer have the right to end the session without a refund, if there is lack of respect.

The payment will be done through the way previously agreed with the limit time of the day after the shooting at least another date was mentioned and agreed.
Monthly payments are possible if more that one job is booked or in case of usual bookings collegues/business.
Invoice will be provide under demand, and this can be set up mohntly for previous case. 

In case of cancellation, Patricia Garrigos will be notified as soon as possible and a compensation of 30% of the import will be paid to cover any issue or lost job in cause of this reservation. 45% in case of cancellation with less that 24 hour in advance.

Any external expenses (Traveling, specific material, meals...) will be paid as an extra but always will be agreed and mentioned during the booking time.

The copyright of the pictures will always belong to the company hired and the author of the shoots taken will still been Patricia Garrigos and she will have rights to use her own shoots for self promotion on platform physical or digital and social media of her own property, mentioning the copyright of the company in any post. Respecting dates or specification from the company hired or costumer. Patricia Garrigos will never use these pictures in any external platform physical or digital without the hired company permission, and will not sell them or use them with any lucrative purpose not before mentioned. 

The hired company has rights to use the shoots in the normal usual way of the company, and those can be used for promotion of the company. The company is not obligated to promote Patricia Garrigos in any way or tag in social media, but the company can not make look the shoots are taken by another photographer, specially in cases of first shooter coverage,  and the name should be mentioned in any social media, website or post as Shoot by.

Patricia Garrigos is compromised to support the company, and will help to promote and create connections for them during the day of the shooting and will support after through the shoots taking, reposting and mentioning in social media.

Patricia Garrigos promises to be honest and an ally, all the personal information (address, phone numbers, emails, personal knowledge…etc), business secrets and workflow is confidential and protected and never would be shared in any case without company's permission , guaranteeing it to be discreet and confidential.

If any of these terms and conditions will not match with the business policy will be mentioned during the booking and both parties will come to a fear agreement.
