SHOOTING & WEDDING
By booking a photo session, story, or event with Patricia Garrigos Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Conditions & Responsibilities
You book a photo session or event coverage based on your vision while following the artistic style and workflow of the photographer in charge to design the project in this case: Patricia Garrigos.. Your preferences regarding aesthetics, location, and specific needs (such as props, group arrangements, or particular shots) will be discussed in advance and incorporated where possible.
Any additional expenses beyond the selected photography package (e.g., special photographic equipment, props, travel, food, venue fees, hair & makeup services, outfits, etc.) will be covered by the client. These costs can either be arranged directly by the client or added to the final price as an extra charge.
Clients acknowledge and accept the technical limitations of the equipment used and any uncontrollable factors such as weather conditions.It is the client’s responsibility to understand any location or venue restrictions and, if necessary, negotiate special permissions.
The photographer is not liable for missed shots due to the client's failure to cooperate or provide necessary assistance. All parties involved in the session must treat the photographer and others with respect. If there is a lack of respect, the photographer reserves the right to terminate the session without a refund.
For sessions or events lasting longer than four hours, a meal break must be provided by the client, either through direct catering or by covering meal costs in the budget the client would consider.
All personal information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, emails) shared with Patricia Garrigos Photography is confidential and will never be shared without the client’s explicit permission.
Delivery Timeline
Small sessions: (1 hour or under) final files will be delivered within 3 weeks to 2 months.
Weddings, elopements, extended sessions, and large events: delivery within 3 weeks to 4 months, depending on the wedding season editing queue.
In the packs with an earlier release preview included: a small selection as "sneak peek” will be provided within the first working week after the session/event, or on an agreed date if circumstances prevent an earlier preview.
Possible delays due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.
All final images will be delivered in high resolution without watermarks. The photographer will retain a backup copy for up to 2 months after delivery in case a resend is required. The online gallery will be available for one month; clients should notify the photographer if an extension is needed. Uploading the files to a new online gallery or extending access beyond three months at the client's request will incur an additional cost.
Copyright & Usage Rights
All images are copyrighted by Patricia Garrigos Photography. While the photographer retains authorship of the photos, the client owns their image and has full rights to use the photos for personal purposes, including printing, sharing the files, self-promotion or advertising across personal or external platforms . Crediting the photographer is appreciated.
For commercial use (e.g., brand promotion, product advertising, catalog), specific agreements must be mentioned in advance, which may affect pricing, requirements, timelines, and intellectual property rights.
The photographer retains the right to use the images for self-promotion on digital platforms, social media, directories prints, albums, flyers, banners, and business materials. The client can be tagged and credited unless they request otherwise during pre-production or on the day of the shoot. Additionally, the photographer may use behind-the-scenes content for self-promotion, always in a respectful manner and in line with these terms.
The photographer must obtain the client's permission before using images on external platforms or for any commercial purposes outside these agreed terms. Sharing images with other suppliers or submitting them for publication in magazines requires client approval. (*You can find the request for permission in the questionnaire)
In case of sensitive content, such as nudes, underage children, or any sentimental privacy the client wishes to keep confidential: the client will let us know, and this will be considered for a respectful use of the files.
External Photographers & Assistants
In the rare event that Patricia Garrigos is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a trusted photographer with a similar style and skill level may be appointed to cover the event. The client will be notified as soon as possible.
Depending on circumstances such as time until the date, client preferences, or other factors, it may be possible to refund the booking fee with the possibility to be recommended or transferred directly to another photographer with the client's consent. Alternatively, an associate shooter may be hired to cover the event, following the pre-established plan and instructions, in this case the final images will be edited in Patricia Garrigos Photography’s style and workflow and nothing else would change for the clients logistic, plan or package booked.
For cases where an external photographer, shooter associate, second shooter or assistant is hired, they will retain authorship of their images and may use them for self-promotion on their own website, social media, directories or business material prints, provided they credit Patricia Garrigos Photography Copyright and respect the agreed release dates. They are not permitted to use or sell images for external commercial purposes or ignore conditions promised to the client such as sensitive content agreed, deliver pictures to suppliers or publish in external platforms without explicit permission from both the client and Patricia Garrigos.
Clients can't request any additional services or deliver additional material from hired photographers beyond what was agreed upon during pre-production.
Suppliers or collaborators allowed to have the pictures will always mention the authority of the photographer and copyright Patricia Garrigos Photography in any use of the pictures.
Editing & Image Alteration
The files received are an end product crafted with effort, professionalism and care. Clients are not permitted to alter the look of the images (e.g., color, contrast, brightness), especially if using them for professional or semi professional use like: business, branding, promotion, social content or blog.
In case of personal use, It can be understandable that alterations are needed for some personal reasons,in this case it is appreciated that the photographer is not credited as the editor, as this is not the final product of our craft. For a respectful treatment of the artisan always is to appreciate and respect the product.
Some of the packs offer a preview earlier realised. This is a great moment to let us know if the client would like something slightly different to have it in mind and to give a good end product where clients can be happy with.
Black & Whites are part of our usual workflow, without duplication in color. In case clients would not wish B&W, it will be mentioned during pre production time.
Additional requests after a full gallery is sent like: B&W to colour, colour to B&W, reddit or light/colour/contrast, additional skin retouch, image alteration (remove people, objects…) … etc. Will have an additional cost based on the time and difficulty of the picture request.
*For collateral collaborations, brands, or third-party platforms (such as venues or suppliers), the original images must be respected and not modified, except for necessary cropping on social media. Proper credit to the photographer and client must always be provided.
Payments & Cancellations
A deposit is required to confirm the booking. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
The remaining balance and any additional charges (previously agreed upon) must be paid no later than the day of the session or event, unless another payment date is agreed upon in advance.
In the case of a cancellation by the client, the full balance will be due if the client cancels less than 24 hours before a mini-session, less than 48 hours before a session or elopement, or less than 7 days before the wedding, larger event, or destination shoot.
In case of cancellation in advance, the booking fee can be applied as a credit towards a new date, provided the new date is available within 6 months of the original booking date. If the credit is not used within this period, or if no suitable date is available, the booking fee will not be refunded.
The payments will be available through the method agreed, the usual ways are bank transfer or paypal. Any additional fees requested for the platforms used will be the responsibility of the client.
The main currency accepted in Sterling Pounds (£), Euros will be just accepted in specific rare cases for shootings and weddings in Spain where this was the currency agreed.
Cash payment can be available just up to £200.

Business & Commercial
By booking a photo session, story, or event with Patricia Garrigos Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Conditions & Responsibilities
You book a session based on your vision while following the artistic style and workflow of the photographer in charge to design the project in this case: Patricia Garrigos. The wishes and requirements for the project (such as aesthetic, location, specific needs, and materials) and standard of the brand will be discussed before the shoot and considered during the preparation period.
Any expenses not covered by the basic package (e.g., specific photographic materials, props, travel, food, location, hairdresser, makeup artist, outfit, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer to pay, either directly or added as an extra charge to the final price.
Clients acknowledge and accept the technical limitations of the equipment used and any uncontrollable factors such as weather conditions. It is advised that customers are aware of the rules at the location of the shoot and, if necessary, handle any negotiations with relevant parties.
Photographers will not be held responsible for images not captured due to the customer's or models’ failure to cooperate or provide reasonable assistance. Customers should respect the photographers and all parties involved in the shoot. If there is a lack of respect, the photographer has the right to end the session without offering a refund.
For sessions or events lasting longer than four hours, a meal break for the team must be provided by the client, either through direct catering or by covering meal costs in the budget the client would consider.
All personal information provided (such as address, phone number, email, business details, etc.) will be kept confidential and will not be shared without the customer’s permission.
Delivery Timeline
The files will be completed within 3 weeks to 4 months, depending on the season. If any delays occur due to holidays or events, customers will be notified
A small preview of the images will be shared in the time agreed, allowing the customer to specify any editing preferences or details to be aware of.
Possible delays due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.
All images will be delivered in high quality without any watermark. The photographer will keep a copy of the files for up to 2 months after delivery, should they need to be re-sent.
The online gallery will be available for one month; clients should notify the photographer if an extension is needed. Uploading the files to a new online gallery or extending access beyond three months at the client's request will incur an additional cost.
Copyright & Usage Rights
The copyright of all images belongs to Patricia Garrigos Photography. The photographer is the author, and the customer is the owner of the images. The customer has full freedom to use them for personal & professional use, brand promotion, advertising, catalog or publicity on any platform (whether personal or external, physical or online).
It is appreciated if the photographer is credited and tagged in social media posts, providing mutual support.
The photographer retains the right to use the images for self-promotion on digital platforms, social media, prints, albums, flyers, banners, and business materials. The photographer will tag and mention the customer in posts, unless the customer specifically requests not to be tagged, which should be communicated during pre-production or on the day of the shoot. Additionally, the photographer may use behind-the-scenes content for self-promotion, always in a respectful manner and in line with these terms.
* If there is a specific release date for images, the photographer will wait until this date before posting, leaving the customer the right to realise first. Client will notify the date where the material will be used for the rest of the team.
The photographer must ask for permission before using the images on external platforms, and cannot use them for any external commercial purposes not agreed upon during pre-production.
External Photographers & Assistants
If, for any unforeseen reason, Patricia Garrigos is unable to attend the session, and the date cannot be rescheduled, the photographer reserves the right to appoint a trusted photographer with a similar style and skill to cover the session. The customer will be notified of this change as soon as possible.
This Associate shooter hired will follow the pre-established plan and instructions, and the final images will be edited in Patricia Garrigos Photography’s style and workflow and nothing else would change for the clients logistic, plan or package booked.
For cases where a shooter associate, second shooter or assistant is hired, they will retain authorship of their images and may use them for self-promotion on their own website or social media, provided the credit to Patricia Garrigos Photography Copyright and the customers brand. Always respecting the agreed release date and the aesthetic line set up for the client and the Photographer in charge, in this case Patricia Garrigos.
They are not permitted to use or sell images for external commercial purposes or ignore conditions promised to the client or publish in external platforms without explicit permission from both the client and Patricia Garrigos.
Clients can't request any additional services or deliver additional material from hired photographers beyond what was agreed upon during pre-production.
Suppliers or collaborators allowed to have the pictures will always mention the authority of the photographer and copyright Patricia Garrigos Photography in any use of the pictures.
Editing & Image Alteration
The files received are an end product crafted with effort, professionalism and care. Clients are not permitted to alter the look of the images (e.g., color, contrast, brightness), especially if using them for professional or semi professional use like: business, branding, promotion, social content or blog.
The preview earlier realised would work as a colour test for the client to approve or indicate necessary changes to improve or aline to the brand standards before the editing of the full gallery.
Main branding and editorial is set up in colour, let us know if you would like to include some B&W in the pictures we will consider fit the best during the editing, those ones would not have duplicates in colour.
Additional requests after a full gallery is sent like: B&W to colour, colour to B&W, reddit or light/colour/contrast, additional skin retouch, image alteration (remove people, objects…), body retouch … etc. Will have an additional cost based on the time and difficulty of the picture request.
*For collateral collaborations, brands, or third-party platforms (such as venues or suppliers), the original images must be respected and not modified, except for necessary cropping on social media. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the original images are used as intended.
Payments & Cancellations

If the credit is not used within this period, or if no suitable date is available, the booking fee will not be refunded.
The payments will be available through the method agreed, the usual ways are bank transfer or paypal. Any additional fees requested for the platforms used will be the responsibility of the client.
